The staff was lovely and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and helped me with any queries I had. The breakfast was quite delicious, especially the freshly baked pastries. The beds were comfortable, and I slept soundly every night.
The parking situation wasn't as advertised. They claimed to have a large parking lot, but in reality, there were only a few spots available. This is particularly frustrating for city visitors who depend on a safe parking space. Additionally, the location wasn't as convenient as I expected. It was quite far from key landmarks and attractions, making it difficult for me to explore the city. my trip was somewhat marred by these negative aspects.

We recently had a romantic escape and we were positively surprised by the excellent customer service provided by the staff. the welcoming and friendly atmosphere was extraordinary, which made us feel at home. the breakfast was the highlight of our stay with great quality and taste. We also enjoyed the convenient location, being close to restaurants and popular attractions.
The parking facility was not available as advertised on the website. We had to spend additional time searching for a parking spot nearby, causing inconvenience and stress.

Despite the friendly staff and tasty breakfast, the hotel failed to deliver on its advertised amenities. the lack of parking spots made it difficult for me to locate a place for my car and caused unnecessary stress during my stay. While the breakfast had limited options, the quality of the food made up for it. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and good service. Although the view was nothing special, the overall facilities were satisfactory.
I was disappointed with the hotel's misleading information on its parking options.
